    Assembly Operator

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling products on the production line in strict accordance with approved EST designs and established quality standards.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assemble products following approved instructions and designs.
    • Load/unload materials and finished products.
    • Pick material for production.
    • Pack finished products.
    • Inspection of quality issues during production.
    • Maintain accurate log of production output/targets.
    • Highlight equipment problems, adjustments, and repairs when required.
    • Use/maintain tools and equipment according to procedures and safety guidelines.

     MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

    • Matric Qualification or equivalent N3 Qualification.
    • Good spoken English and Math skills.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
    • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components (advantageous)

    CMT Machinist

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • As a CMT Machine Operator, you will be part of the CMT assembly line responsible for producing products against EST designs and to set quality standards

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operate industrial sewing machines and other CMT equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Stitch and assemble garment components according to production specifications.

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • To provide efficient administrative support within a pet food manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth coordination between production, logistics, and sales and maintaining compliance with operational standards.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Capture and process customer and internal orders.
    • Maintain production, stock and inventory records.
    • Prepare invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders.

    Weighbridge Clerk

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • To accurately manage the weighing of vehicles entering and exiting the site, ensuring all loads are recorded, documented, and processed in line with company procedures and client requirements.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Operate the weighbridge system to record incoming and outgoing loads.
    • Capture vehicle, driver and cargo details accurately.
    • Issue weighbridge tickets and ensure proper documentation.
    • Verify load weights against delivery notes and instructions.
    • Communicate with drivers, warehouse and operations teams.
    • Monitor and control vehicle flow at the weighbridge.
