Weighbridge Clerk at G-Force Employment Solutions

ROLE PURPOSE

• To accurately manage the weighing of vehicles entering and exiting the site, ensuring all loads are recorded, documented, and processed in line with company procedures and client requirements.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate the weighbridge system to record incoming and outgoing loads.
• Capture vehicle, driver and cargo details accurately.
• Issue weighbridge tickets and ensure proper documentation.
• Verify load weights against delivery notes and instructions.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse and operations teams.
• Monitor and control vehicle flow at the weighbridge.
• Report discrepancies, overloads or irregularities immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous experience of three - five years as a weighbridge clerk  or in logistics/warehouse admin (preferred).
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
• Experience with weighbridge systems (advantageous).
• Strong numerical and data capturing skills.
