Injection Moulding Material Handler at G-Force Employment Solutions

 ROLE PURPOSE

• Responsible for supplying raw materials to injection moulding machines and ensuring smooth production flow by maintaining correct material handling and preparation.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and supply raw materials (plastic granules) to injection moulding machines.
• Ensure correct materials are used according to production requirements.
• Dry and mix materials where required.
• Transport materials safely to and from machines.
• Assist machine operators with loading and changing materials.
• Maintain proper storage and labelling of materials.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages.
• Keep work area clean and organised.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (advantage).
• Basic understanding of material handling processes.
• Ability to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
