ROLE PURPOSE

• Responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate production team activities.
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor product quality and ensure standards are maintained.
• Allocate tasks and manage workflow on the production floor.
• Train and support employees to improve performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues and delays.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain production reports and records.
• Communicate with management regarding performance and challenges.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Relevant qualification in production/manufacturing (advantage).
• 2–5 years supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes.
