Stores Team Leader at G-Force Employment Solutions

ROLE PURPOSE

• Responsible for overseeing all stores operations at Endless Summer Technologies, ensuring accurate stock control, efficient material handling, and continuous support to production.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the stores team.
• Manage receiving, inspection, and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure timely issuing of materials to production.
• Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and stock rotation.
• Work closely with production and procurement teams.
• Enforce health and safety standards within the stores environment.
• Train, guide, and monitor team performance.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a stores/warehouse supervisory role (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory systems.
• Computer literacy (Excel, stock systems).
