Requirements

• Fluent German and English

• 1−2 years of customer service experience

• Analytical & Research Skills

• Customer-oriented and responsible attitude

Would be a great plus:

• Experience in renting or marketing apartments

• First experience in a young / dynamic startup

• Experience with CRM systems

• Technical background

• Experience with native speakers

• International exchange programs participation

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating and update apartment listings

• Managing viewing hotline and resolving viewing issues

• Updating Account Executives on listing performance and escalation

• Communicating with interested candidates (FAQ, gathering of missing documents)

• Checking, following up on, and closing applications

• Creating tenant contracts, managing their approval and signing
