German speaking Recruitment Specialist (m/w/x) at Lekker Code Company

Tasks

• Help to further build our Talent Acuqisition Team and be a driving part of the company culture
• Stakeholder management: communication/coordination of talents and customers
• Active sourcing in South Africa and Europe: eg via LinkedIn
• Creation and management of job advertisements
• Carrying out screening calls and interviews

Qualification

• Good vibrations: You radiate positive vibes and are communicative.
• Excellent spoken and written German ( mother tongue at best ), very good English (C1) characterize your language skills.
• You have at least 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment and have demonstrated success through Active Sourcing .
• Are you a permanent resident or a South African citizen ?
