Glenadrienne, Sandton - AU PAIR - FULL DAY (2026) AFTERNOONS (2027)

• Area: Glenadrienne, Sandton
• Ages: daughter aged 7  (going into Grade 3 – 2027) and 4 year old son (going into Gr RR – 2027)
• Working hours:
• 2026 working hours: Mon – Fri 09:00 – 16:00
• 2027 Work Hours: Mon – Fri 13:00 – 17:00
• Family is also open to half day hours for 2026.
• School holiday hours: Same hours as above
• Duties: While the kids are not in school. Structure the morning around some academics (the family will provide materials), take on outings, do  fun activities, take to extra murals, prepare meals for the children. Engage in stimulating and engaging activities and outside play. Adhoc Grocery shopping and Running errands.
• Once the children start school in 2027, collect from school, take to extra murals, assist with homework, prepare meals for the children. Engage in stimulating and engaging activities and outside play. Adhoc Grocery shopping and Running errands.
• Requirements: Au Pair aged between 20 – 30 years old. The family has recently moved to SA and the children will only be starting school in 2027. Someone who can provide structure while still making it fun. Someone who sets boundaries while being fair and kind. Bubbly and fun and engaing with the children. Take initiative and can read the room and children emotions.
• Start date: ASAP Start date – permanent contract

Salary: 

• Full day in 2026 -  R13000 per month + SARS rates (R4.64) per km for driving they do for your family (not to get to work and back).
• Half day in 2026/2027 -  R9000 – R9500 + SARS rates (R4.64) per km for driving they do for your family (not to get to work and back).

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
