Global Audit and Assurance - Learning Modernization Enablement Manager at Deloitte

Responsibilities:

• Employs design thinking to create human-centered learning solutions that deliver compelling, intuitive, and meaningful experiences that satisfy learner needs
•  Coordinates and collaborates with the Content Development teams to understand their content design needs and support them in enabling the desired end-to-end learner experience
• Partners with Learning Research & Experiments team and Impact Measurement team to incorporate findings and research into design approach
• Leads talent management activities for their direct reports
• Anticipates and navigates change while motivating others (e.g., team members, peers) to embrace change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in Learning & Development required
• Knowledge of instructional design models, processes, and methods for evaluating the impact of learning and ability to design and implement learning solutions
• Knowledge of tools for developing digital learning solutions that leverage mobile and interactive content for both formal and informal learning
• Ability to employ design thinking principles and methodologies, including understanding how to adjust learning for different learner types and use a variety of techniques to assess learning
• Ability to lead and collaborate with team members to effectively work within a global and virtual environment
