Global Audit and Assurance - Learning Modernization Enablement Manager
Employs design thinking to create human-centered learning solutions that deliver compelling, intuitive, and meaningful experiences that satisfy learner needs
Coordinates and collaborates with the Content Development teams to understand their content design needs and support them in enabling the desired end-to-end learner experience
Partners with Learning Research & Experiments team and Impact Measurement team to incorporate findings and research into design approach
Leads talent management activities for their direct reports
Anticipates and navigates change while motivating others (e.g., team members, peers) to embrace change

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience
Minimum 5 years of related experience in Learning & Development required
Knowledge of instructional design models, processes, and methods for evaluating the impact of learning and ability to design and implement learning solutions
Knowledge of tools for developing digital learning solutions that leverage mobile and interactive content for both formal and informal learning
Ability to employ design thinking principles and methodologies, including understanding how to adjust learning for different learner types and use a variety of techniques to assess learning
Ability to lead and collaborate with team members to effectively work within a global and virtual environment
