    Global Mobility Senior Operations Specialist

    GM Senior Operations Specialist operates cross-functionally across all GM Operations subdivisions, i.e. GM Payroll, Global Packages and Reward, GM Technology and system management, data and analytics and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting with the delivery of key responsibilities across the GM Operations subdivisions as well as strategic and project level support across GM Operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Mobility Regional Teams, Global Payroll and Reward Teams and external vendors. The individual should have system expertise in but not limited to Assignment Pro, Workday, Visier and their interlinkages. The candidate will be accountable to deliver analytical insights that will be used to enhance operational effectiveness. This role is key in enabling simplification of GM processes.

    Job Summary

    • Tactical and project level support
    • Project leadership and co-ordination across subdivisions including implementation support
    • Establish and drive a culture of continuous process improvement throughout GM Ops.
    • Support with payroll process execution and reviews
    • Support with second level package approvals for GPT
    • Support with system setup and maintenance
    • Help meet reporting and analytical requirements for GM
    • Designated coach for new joiners and overall responsibility for onboarding

    Key Requirements

    • 3 year relevant tertiary qualification
    • Key Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint with focus on working with Formulas, Macros, Pivots and reporting tools
    • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
    • Solid customer service and relationship management skills
    • Project Management
    • Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects
    • Ability to build effective relationships
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
    • Hands-on proactive approach
    • Willingness to learn
    • Relevant Experience:
    • Experience in liaising and communicating with multiple stakeholders across regions
    • Extensive administrative experience
    • Global Mobility or HR knowledge advantageous but not required
    • Proficient in using Workday and Assignment Pro systems or savvy to be trained on these systems
    • Project support experience
    • Comfortable working in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Sharepoint; advance proficiency in Excel required
