    Job Purpose:
    This role will work as part of the Global Recruitment team and be responsible for managing the recruitment process for both functional and technical roles that support of the business needs. This role offers the successful candidate, the possibility to drive process efficiencies, use creative recruitment strategies to source, and attract talent that aligns to delivering the business strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Source and attract the best talent in the market for Temenos
    • Manage the end to end recruitment life-cycle from kick off to close
    • Partner with business stakeholders and regional HR to deliver against ambitious growth targets

    Manage Job Descriptions, Postings And Social Media Campaigns

    • Work with the business to develop innovative attraction strategies and solve recruiting challenges
    • Ensure a best in class candidate experience throughout the hiring process
    • Ensure meticulous reporting of hiring metrics and use data to derive insights and drive decision making
    • Proactively build talent pools and build networks with passive and active candidates
    • Conduct market research, develop target list and develop sourcing strategies for current and future roles
    • Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters
    • Support candidates and local HR in candidate’s onboarding

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors or Masters’ degree, ideally in HR.
    • 4 years or more experience in an agency, executive search firm or challenging inhouse role;
    • Knowledge of local labour law and how that applies to the hiring process
    • At least 4 years’ experience in the IT industry, preferably within a technology vendor, bank or financial services company
    • Excellent communication skills, influencing and consulting skills
    • Superb attention to detail and quality
    • Language: Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
