Triggers build digital platforms that motivate users - primarily young women and adolescent girls - to make positive choices. The Job

You are responsible for the recruitment of new Triggerise colleagues! This includes taking responsibility for the hiring process from job advertising to shortlisting applicants, directly searching for candidates, and guiding them through each step.

• Respond to all applicants in a timely manner using our Applicant Tracking System.
• Work closely with hiring managers in order to coordinate, and streamline the hiring process.
• Actively search for candidates for specific roles, using tools such as Linkedin.
• Pre-screen applicants, ensuring they’re a fit from both a skills and culture perspective.
• Write and post job adverts on various platforms, including Glassdoor and Indeed.

About You

You enjoy interacting with people and have a natural ability to put people at ease, for example when conducting pre-screens. You are a good communicator and take time to listen to applicants and requirements from Hiring managers. Having recruited on a global level, you’re confident recruiting across multiple locations.

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in an agency, or in-house.
• Experience recruiting across a number of disciplines, including Technology specialists.
• An eye for detail and the ability to spot a relevant application.
• Experience in directly searching for applicants.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
• Great written and verbal English skills.
