Creating Datasets, calculation methodologies including Channel P&L, Price Volume Mix Analysis, Portfolio Analysis utilizing integrating existing information to create new datasets working with data owners across Supply Chain, Finance & Performance Analytics
Build user friendly outputs in various formats (Power BI, Excel etc.) from datasets that are appropriate various Business users allowing high level insight sharing as well as driver deep dive
Use developed tools to provide reporting and insights to key stakeholders (Global RGM Team, Zone RGM Heads, Global Brand Leads) as well as train users through the organization on how to self-serve and upskill Support embedding RGM into IBP & IBBP including setting RGM target / ambition by market
Deep dive work to partner local / zone teams in market specific project work across the RGM pillars (Pricing, Channel, Portfolio Mix & Pack Price Architecture)
About you
B.A /B.S. degree required, with qualifcation in Data Science, Finance / Accountancy, Business preferred
3-5 years’ experience in revenue growth management and/or General management with business growth track record
Global experience in CHC and/or FMCG, starting, building, and creating a new function and/or team in collaboration with Finance and Analytics.
Project management experience and formal project qualification preferred
Database creation and management experience with relevant coding skills (KNIME experience preferred)
Experience building within visualization and data reporting tools (PowerBI preferred)
Strong financial acumen and subject matter expertise in Revenue management; customer profitability concepts, trade & consumer activation promotions, forecasting, budgeting, and related monthly financial and accrual processes.
Demonstrated track-record for driving team results within data analytics in cross-functional teams
Independent, results-oriented, proactive way of working and hands-on mentality.
High level of internal and external customer orientation.
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail.
Very Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Good English language skills
Ability to lead projects across multi-functional multi location teams
