Key Responsibilities
- Formulates Corporate and Divisional Human Resources operations management strategy and direction.
- Manages the Human Resources Operations Management.
- Sets the functional direction for implementation of human resources processes.
- Leads and Implements Eskom Human Resources projects, portfolio initiatives for Transformation and ensure integration across the business disciplines within their respective Divisions.
- Heads the transformation planning and implementation processes for the human resources function inCorporate, Divisions or Subsidiaries.
- Provides a high-level Human Resources advisory and consultancy service.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B Degree in Human Resources/ Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences or
- Management at a NQF level 7 with 360 credits or a
- B Tech in Human Resources Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences or Management at a NQF level 7 with 360 credits
Experience:
- 10 Years’ extensive experience in Senior Management and Human Resources value chain management and practices.
