    Process Automation Analyst (SharePoint & Workflows)

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a technically capable Process Automation Analyst (SharePoint & Workflows) to design, build and support digital solutions that streamline and automate business processes across the AVI Group.  
    • This role sits at the intersection of business process analysis, workflow automation and platform enablement. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to translate operational needs into well-governed, scalable automation solutions; with a strong emphasis on SharePoint, Workflow Platforms and ITSM-aligned processes. 
    • This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex, manual processes into practical, well-structured digital workflows that improve how people work. 

    Key Areas of Impact:

    • Engage with business stakeholders to analyse, document and improve business processes
    • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
    • Design, build, maintain and support:
    • Workflow automation and form-based applications
    • SharePoint architecture and productivity solutions
    • ITSM-related automation and enablement solutions
    • Support and optimise existing workflows, forms and platforms, including troubleshooting and enhancements
    • Ensure all solutions align with governance, security standards and architectural best practice
    • Collaborate with Technical Analysts, Infrastructure Architects and external vendors
    • Produce clear technical documentation and user-facing process guidance 

    What It Takes to Succeed:

    Technical Environment & Skills

    You should have solid hands-on experience in several of the following areas:

    • Workflow automation and form-based solution design
    • SharePoint architecture, sites, libraries, lists and custom components
    • C#, ASP.NET, PowerShell, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
    • REST APIs and object-oriented development principles
    • Relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL)
    • Automation platforms such as K2 and/or Nintex
    • Exposure to ITSM processes and platforms 

    Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:

    • Diploma in Information Technology or similar
    • Approximately 3 years’ relevant experience in process automation, workflow development or productivity solutions 

    Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:

    • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
    • 5+ years’ experience in a similar automation-focused role
    • Strong hands-on experience with K2 and/or Nintex workflow platforms

    Retail Admin Controller

    • We’re seeking a Retail Admin Controller to drive success at Spitz in Bryanston, Johannesburg. This purpose of the role is to provide guidance to store management on the efficient co-ordination and organization of administration processes, to ensure that the best value is provided to the business and to implement and maintain effective back offices processes across Spitz, Kurt Geiger, Gant, and Eden Park stores.

     Reporting Structure:

    • Reports to: Projects and Store Development Executive
    • Direct Reports: None

    Key Areas of Impact:

    • Service centric and support the business with timely accurate information which aids decision making, and timely service to stores.
    • Adhoc coaching with store management/shift runner
    • Attend to call logs within 3 days of receiving
    • Submitting Admin report within 48 hours of completing the check                 
    • Compare previous report and highlight repeat findings
    • Stock take planning and complete stock takes on time accurately with little/no errors
    • Deliver Ops Admin KPI's
    • Stock losses to be in line with each brand standard.
    • Admin scores to be 90% and above across all brands.
    • Exception reporting on out of line items to the Regional and/or Ops Exec.                       
    • Complete 2 x CCTV Remote checks per month highlighting risk related issues and recommend ways to combat stock loss 
    • Identify areas of risk within the Retail store environment and highlight these to management, provide detailed analysis which could provide decision makers with alternate approaches
    • Identify and report on risk related items that could negatively impact the company
    • Complete the in-store Observation checklist highlighting any out of line issues
    • Attend morning stock counts and identify out of line or suspicious/fictitious counts                         
    • Confirmed factual accuracy of all issues and findings with recommendations to improve
    • Evidence of (50 Spitz, 20 KG & GC) shoe pairing checked during admin check
    • 2 x OHASA checks completed per annum per store on mobile app with action plan and photos
    • Focused cost reduction
    • Interrogation of market related costs and current "best prices" available for flights, accommodation, meals, petrol card and other
    • Submission of monthly claims in line with travel policy

    What It Takes to Succeed:

    Experience that set you up for success:                       

    • 3 years of experience in a similar retail environment
    • 1 year in a Store Manager or Store Admin Manager capacity
    • Prior experience in a Retail Admin/Internal Control role will be advantageous

    Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:

    • Matric/Grade 12/NQF4
    • Studying towards an Administration or Retail Management degree or diploma will be highly advantageous 

    Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:

    • MS Office Suite
    • SAP
    • Must travel between 80% - 90% of the time
    • Ability to stay overnight, in some instances for an entire week at a time
    • Valid Manual South African Driver’s License

    Wholesale Sales Manager

    • The successful applicant will be required to perform a staff management function and a sales and merchandising function in the Inland North Region (Pretoria, Limpopo & Northern parts of Northwest). The applicant will be responsible for the wholesale outlets within the region. Your passion for sales coupled with a solid sales and merchandising experience in a FMCG environment may provide the key to success in ensuring the Business Units targets and service levels are achieved

    WHOLESALE INLAND NORTH REGION

    • Achieve BU sales targets
    • Manage effective ordering process between customer, BU’s, AVI Region, Call Centre and LSS
    • Maximise distribution through effective buying and working closely with Planning and LSS
    • Manage and mentor Wholesale Account Representatives and Field Marketers / Merchandisers responsible for all the Wholesale Outlets in the region including monthly payroll submissions for Field staff.
    • Manage BU objectives and strategies within Wholesale
    • Manage and execute wholesale promotional plans
    • Manage RSP’s on shelf
    • Monthly store performance reviews with customer
    • Monthly store performance reviews with region, construct corrective plans, manage and monitor
    • Mange shelf health in line with BU and AVI FM objectives
    • Manage strategic stock levels
    • Manage day to day stock cover
    • Manage store specific strategies, sales through and underperforming stores via sales team
    • Execute NPD strategy
    • Cross regional working required in order to deliver implementation of BU strategies

    Minimum Requirements:

    Experience:                                                                   

    • A minimum of five (5) years sales management experience in an FMCG environment

    Qualifications:

    Completed Matric

    • A completed tertiary qualification (Business/Sales/Marketing) advantageous

    Additional Requirements:

    • Good interpersonal and people management skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
    • Driver's license required
    • Ability to travel within the region essential
    • IT (Technology) skills on an advanced level
