Global Senior Innovation Specialist at Avon

What you'll be doing:

• As a Senior Innovation Specialist, you’ll lead the creation of a bold and insight-driven innovation pipeline focused on beauty gifting. You’ll work across categories and functions to develop exciting, consumer-relevant products that stand out in the market and deliver strong commercial results. With key gifting moments at the heart of this role, you’ll shape a portfolio that brings joy to consumers and growth to the business. You’ll also lead and develop a small team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Building a 3-year innovation pipeline for beauty gifting, aligned with consumer insights and business goals
• Developing unique, insight-led product concepts in partnership with brand and commercial teams
• Identifying trends and white space opportunities in gifting behaviours and formats
• Managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and commercial impact
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, NPD, Procurement, Finance, and Sustainability
• Monitoring performance and adapting plans based on learnings and market needs
• Leading and coaching a small team to deliver high-quality innovation and drive team development

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in developing innovation that meets both consumer and commercial goals, ideally in the beauty industry
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to turn insights into compelling product ideas
• Commercial acumen and a solid understanding of product economics
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience managing and developing direct reports
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels
