    Governance Manager

    Job Description:

    The Head of Governance has the objective of being the overseer and executor of the company's policies, ensuring compliance, collaborating with the areas so that they are executed correctly and adapting the procedures according to the changes that arise in the business.

    What are we looking for?

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    Governance:

    • External and internal reports, quarterly/annually.
    • Drafting and regular updating of procedures.
    • Periodic internal audits within the unit.
    • Attention to internal audits.
    • Support to other departments regarding Governance queries.
    • Analysis and mitigation of conflicts in Segregation of Duties and potential deviations from policies.
    • Be the leader of CHAMPIONS team related to governance regional project.
    • Ad hoc audits to do the reality checks on our process.
    • SOD follow up.
    • R25 internal investigation in case of fraud.
    • The position generates interaction with the entire company, generating transversal checks on processes and procedures, being a point of contact and consultation for potential particular and special situations.
    • Externally, it relates to service providers (insurance, managers, etc.)
    • At the group level, it interacts as a link before audits of Mars, PWC, etc
