Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist at Network Recruitment

Brief Description A leading medical aid corporation is currently looking for a Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist to join their dynamic team.

The increasing Compliance team is looking for a ground-breaking, out of the box thinker who is also a self-determining worker to join their team as a Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist.  

Education

•  B Com degree (Risk Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management advantageous
• Relevant Certification from IRMSA, IIA, CISA or similar  

Job Experience & Skills Required:   

• 4 – 5 years’ experience and working knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance / Internal Audit
• 3 years’ experience in the financial services or medical industry
• Experience in the medical schemes industry advantageous 
• Providing guidance and support to the organizations functions and staff through risk insights, knowledge and perspectives
• Compiling Risk Reports on a steady basis
• Instrument and preserve the compliance framework
• Provide support with the execution of relevant governance processes and procedures as and when compulsory
• Stakeholder management
