Grade A Senior Surveillance Operator - Supervisor (Kempton Park) at Thorburn Security Solutions (Pty) Ltd

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Develop security procedure to support the security strategy.
• Assess security risks and ensure that proportionate measures are in place to protect visitors, staff, buildings, collections, assets and reputation.
• Encourage a security compliance culture Administration.
• Creating rules for high-risk areas before any activity takes place.
• Monitoring of high-risk areas by means of CCTV.
• Recording of incidents and breaches and report writing.

Skills and Competencies    

• South African security legislation.
• Security Operational Processes.
• Health and Safety legislation.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Time management
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications    

• Must have Grade 12 
• A Valid Grade A Psira Certificate  
• CCTV / Surveillance Certificate
• Computer Literacy Certificate
