Minimum - Competencies         
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

• Project management principles and methodologies, Project Management Skills, Knowledge of legal compliance, Research and development, computer-aided engineering applications, technical report writing, networking, Solutions orientated

GENERIC COMPETENCIES:

• Decision making, Team work, Analytical skills, Creativity, Self-Management, Customer focus and responsiveness, communication, computer skills, Planning and organising, Problem solving and analysis.

Requirements         

• National Senior Certificate, National Diploma/B Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Built environment field.  Registration as Candidate Construction Project Manager with the South African Council for Construction Project Managers (SACPCMP) is compulsory. Valid Driver’s license.

Duties          

• DUTIES: Aligned to the SACPCMP requirements for Professional Registration.
