Graduate: Food Technology - Germiston at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Job Description    
The graduate will be gaining practical learning exposure and experience in our Confectionary quality and food safety environment through:

• Providing support to our Production teams in quality control, quality systems and product development
• Learning about and applying soft skills such as facilitation, time management and teamwork
• Being exposed to real work, taking place in our production environment, as well as business projects and other business initiatives
• This is one year workplace exposure and learning experience
• Working in a pressurised factory environment
• Working in the quality team on site across all manufacturing lines and teams

Qualification Requirements    
Entry:

• Grade 12
• National Diploma: Food Technology

Programme:

• Accurate record keeping of your workplace exposure and experience in your logbook, to ensure compliance with Seta and your learning institution reporting
• Willing to learn on how to translate your theoretical learning into practice
• Perform all tasks communicated and required

Experience Requirements    

• There is no experience required. Interns at Premier gain valuable in-service work experience, skills and knowledge that will assist them in starting their careers within the food technology field.
