    Graduate Specialist Program: Administrator

    The Role

    An opportunity exists in our Automotive Aftermarket (AA) division for an Administrator on our Graduate Specialist Program. The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the Bosch Workshop Concepts department.

    Duties will include but are not limited to the following;

    • Customer care enquires
    • Bosch warranty system administration
    • Workshop concepts database administration
    • National deal partners administration
    • Purchase figures administration
    • Handling general customer queries
    • Liaise with customers, wholesalers and service providers
    • Process Bosch Warranty System (BWS) claims
    • BWS Monthly reporting
    • Purchase figures monthly administration

    Requirements;

    • Good communication skills, fluent in English (speak, read and write)
    • Computer literacy on MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word) would be an advantage
    • Exposure to work in a similar environment would be an advantage

    Personal Characteristics;

    • Self-motivated and self-disciplined
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to take initiative
    • Willingness to learn

    Please take note the Bosch Graduate Specialist Program is only a 2 year program and not a permanent position.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Matric / grade 12 and a completed Degree or Diploma in Project Management / Business Management or related field, is mandatory.
