Job Description

The successful candidate will be mentored in the following areas:

• Handling general customer queries Including support on the Customer Care Hotline
• Support Concept Managers to analyse competitors’ activities and assess opportunities for business development
• Support Concept Managers with administration of National Deal Partners development and expansion
• Organize & participate in regular and Ad Hoc meetings & take minutes
• Capture Purchase figures from the Bosch Car Service Network and align with the selling Wholesalers to check accuracy
• Support on general administrative Ad Hoc Tasks and projects

Qualifications

• B.Com Degree / qualification in relevant field (Sales and Marketing, Business Studies).
• Excel skills Professional for Analysis and formulas.
• Word and PPT intermediary.
• Outlook intermediary.

Skills:

• Fluent in English (Speak, read and write)
• PC literate with excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong analytical approach with attention to accuracy & detail
• Organisation Skills
• High efficiency on time management, strong communication skills, ability to build sustainable relationships
