• Management of learners and graduate
• Coaching and mentoring
• Develop strategic plans
• Monitor class attendance and performance
• Monitor facilitors’ performance
• Develop and implement goals and objectives.
• Ensuring learner registration and compliance with different SETAs
• Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback.
• Ensures learner goals are met
• Provide performance report per learner
• Maintain a healthy work culture.
• Monthly meetings with Service providers to monitor their performance.
• Provide performance report per service provider.
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder management
• Provide career guidance to all learners/graduates trainees
• Monthly engagements with internal stakeholders
• Quarterly meeting with service providers.
• Provide monthly progress reports
