Job Description

• TWK Agri, with its head office in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga, is seeking dynamic and self-motivated 2024/2025 graduates to apply for a Graduate position within our Insurance Division. This exciting opportunity allows recent graduates to gain valuable work experience in the Insurance field while working within a reputable company.

Position Overview

• The successful candidate will be placed within the Insurance division in Nelspruit based on operational requirements and graduate qualification backgrounds. The graduate will be exposed to all product types and roles within the insurance department, allowing them to gain a broad understanding of the organisation and develop essential workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with marketing and brokering activities across Short‑Term, Life, and Medical insurance products
• Supporting brokers and underwriters with policy quotations, renewals, and amendments
• Gaining practical experience in underwriting processes, including risk assessment, policy documentation, and compliance checks
• Assisting with claims administration, including capturing claims, liaising with insurers, and supporting clients through the claims process
• Communicating with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
• Maintaining accurate client and policy records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
• Learning and applying insurance legislation, compliance standards, and industry best practices
• Participating in structured training, mentorship, and assessments as part of the graduate programme

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• A University degree obtained in 2024/2025 within a relevant field
• Degree majoring in Economics (advantageous)
• Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
