Grain Marketer - Klerksdorp at Senwes

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and risks based on individual producers' portfolios and market indicators.
• Engage with producers to discuss portfolio performance and recommend relevant market access solutions.
• Discuss strategy, contract types, and pricing with producers; verify prices with traders and issue quotations.
• Organize and facilitate information sessions between producers and the marketing group.
• Utilize market information to refine and adjust regional market access strategies.

Requirements

• Relevant B-qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in Agriculture, Grain Marketing, or Economics.
• Basic knowledge of global and local agri-financials and economics.
• Ability to perform cost calculations, breakeven calculations, and profit calculations for grain production.
