Responsibilities:

• Record and update each step of a project according to requirements and client needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers, licensors, and internal teams to obtain product approvals.
• Design ad-hoc materials for internal and external use as required.
• Photograph and edit images for the company's picture database.
• Think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and refine designs based on feedback.
• Ensure final designs are approved and meet client expectations.
• Contribute to projects as part of a collaborative team.
• Create showroom graphics and indoor/outdoor signage.
• Develop mock-up samples and manage pre-production and production submissions.

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong creative portfolio.
• Excellent conceptual, visual, and original design ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.).
• Highly skilled in all aspects of design production.
• Professional approach to time management, costs, and deadlines.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset.
