Crypto Banter creates multiple design assets on a daily basis for our YouTube and other content platforms. These design thumbnails encapsulate the story in the most eye-catching, interesting manner and act as a marketing asset for each show. We are looking for a graphic designer with art direction experience, and crypto knowledge that can assist the design team in conceptualizing and executing these designs and thumbnails on a daily basis.
This role requires experience and knowledge of crypto to understand stories or news events and translate that understanding into punchy, eye-catching and impactful thumbnails to be used and packaged with the content that is distributed.
The Ideal Candidate:
Design optimally for click through rates
Has strong communication skills
Hard worker and works well under pressure/time constraints
Can come up with creative solutions to execute complex concepts
Roles And Responsibilities:
Develop and design a variety of graphic materials in line with business needs
Effectively execute the agreed upon deliverables for each respective project
Translate requirements into engaging and visually appealing designs
Collaborate with the management, marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Create compelling visuals for all digital campaigns
Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final designs.
Experiment and provide feedback on tools, software and methods presented to you
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
