Graphic Designer at Valenture Institute

Day-to-day responsibilities include:Work with the Head of Design and senior designers to produce course graphics, illustrations and infographics, for secondary education materials that aligns to company identity guidelines.Interpret a brief and produce illustrated characters and scenes based on an internal Illustrative styleDesign and layout marketing materials and web designs.Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services where required.Increase user friendliness in digital products.

Team responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with team members and effectively share working files.
• Meet individual and team deadlines.
• Work with fellow designs to grow the illustrative CI, styling and group of characters that have been created to date.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with at least 3 years experience.
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts or related.
• Skilled Illustrator
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software.
• A good grasp of design and web design best practices
• Must own their own computer and adobe software
