The Group Corrugator Lead will oversee the Corrugator Department to ensure high product quality and efficient output, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the Corrugator strategy, focusing on operational goals and talent development.
Manage SLAs with service providers and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure safety and maintenance practices while leading the team.
Control costs, negotiate with OEMs, and implement improvement and sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDT) and manage production project budgets.
Key Skills:
Attention to detail, strategic leadership, reporting & analysis, strong management, and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Graduate Engineer status.
Over 10 years of experience, including 10 years in a managerial role within packaging or paper manufacturing.
