Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 1 year of relevant working experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and be self-managed
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Active and energetic personality

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparing weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
• Conducting monthly account reconciliations
• Reviewing and approving invoices
• Processing and paying supplier invoices
• Assisting with daily sales reporting
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets
• Assisting with implementing and maintaining financial controls and processes
• Providing overall support to the Finance Manager
