Group Information Technology Manager 

Our client is looking for a Group IT Manager with Genesys experience who will lead the IT technology strategy, execution, and its operations. Focusing on developing skillsets and managing key vendor relationships. Someone who will define, scale and operate processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technology operations and ensure its effectiveness through implementation, evaluation and remedial actions. These actions will aligned with established strategic and operational goals.
• Develop and establish IT strategies according to industry best practice, driving customer and end user experience in order to support the strategies.      
• Consult stakeholders to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology to esure functionality and efficiency.
• Control budget and report on expenditure
• Establish an upgrade strategy which includes upgrades to configurations, software and new systems

Requirements:

• Genesys Engage or PureCloud
• MS Azure / AWS
• Cisco networking
• FortiNet Firewall
• VMWare
• Active Directory
• Database management / SQL programming
• Degree/Diploma in IT
• 5 years of experience designing and developing Contact Center Solutions and Technologies required (private, hybdrid and public cloud)
• Proven experience and track record in managing Genesys contact center environments (Genesys Engage or Genesys PureCloud)
• Experience with the following technologies:
• Ability to manage global teams and drive outcomes virtually
• Ability to manage external suppliers globally ensuring SLA’s are met or exceeded
• Willingness and ability to travel
