Group IT Manager at Tsebo Solution

• Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Group IT Manager to lead the Group's technology function. Reporting to the Group CIO, this role is suited to a senior IT leader with a strong applications and development background, extensive ERP implementation and optimisation experience (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, SAP or similar), and proven leadership across infrastructure, service delivery, vendor management and IT governance.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Lead Group IT Operations and Shared Services across multiple business units and regions.
• Provide oversight of Enterprise Applications, ERP, Infrastructure & Cloud, Service Delivery, Vendor Management and Operational IT Risk.
• Drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise application optimisation, adoption and value realisation.
• Own the preparation, management and reporting of the full Group IT budget.
• Drive service excellence, operational stability, governance and continuous improvement.
• Manage strategic technology vendors, contracts, licensing and outsourced services.
• Ensure effective IT risk, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity practices.

Qualifications    

• Relevant Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years' professional IT experience.
• Minimum 8 years' senior IT management experience in IT Operations, Shared Services, Enterprise Applications, ERP, Infrastructure or Service Delivery.
• Proven experience leading multiple technology functions through managers and specialist teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or enterprise ERP environments.
• ITIL certification or equivalent IT Service Management experience.
• Experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, governance and operational service delivery.
