Group Manager, Talent and Learning - Centurion

- Experience 10 - 12 years

Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
- Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
- Masters Industrial Psychology (Recommended/Desirable)
- Master of Business Administration (Recommended/Desirable)
EXPERIENCE:
- 10-12 years Human Resources/Human Resources Development working with senior leadership with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Management on a Managerial Level (Essential/Minimum) Management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
- Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
- Registration: Industrial Psychologist (Recommended/Desirable)
- Health Professions Council of SA (Recommended/Desirable)
