    Group Manager, Talent and Learning - Centurion

    Minimum Requirements    
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    •  B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
    •  Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
    •  Masters Industrial Psychology (Recommended/Desirable)
    •  Master of Business Administration (Recommended/Desirable)

    EXPERIENCE: 

    • 10-12 years  Human Resources/Human Resources Development working with senior leadership with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Management on a Managerial Level (Essential/Minimum)  Management

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    •  Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
    •  Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
    •  Registration: Industrial Psychologist (Recommended/Desirable)
    •  Health Professions Council of SA (Recommended/Desirable)
