    Group Procure-to-Pay (P2P) & Treasury Manager

    Job Purpose: 

    • The Group Procure-to-Pay (P2P) & Treasury Manager oversees the end-to-end procurement and payment processes across NewBridge Education Group, integrating treasury functions to ensure efficient cash flow management, cost control, and financial sustainability. This role supports strategic sourcing, vendor management, payment processing, and cash management activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Procure-to-Pay Process Management:

    • Lead and optimize the full P2P cycle, from procurement requisition to payment processing.
    • Develop and enforce procurement policies and supplier onboarding procedures.
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to secure best value.

    Invoice Processing & Payment:

    • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of invoices.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
    • Resolve invoice discrepancies and escalations efficiently.

    Treasury & Cash Management:

    • Collaborate with the treasury function to monitor daily cash flow, banking activities, and liquidity forecasts.
    • Manage bank relationships and optimize cash utilization across the group.
    • Support efforts to improve financial risk management and investment strategies.

    Compliance & Controls:

    • Ensure procurement, payment, and treasury activities adhere to regulatory standards and internal controls.
    • Lead internal and external audits related to procurement and treasury functions.

    Process Improvement & Technology:

    • Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancement within procurement and treasury operations.
    • Implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

    Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Prepare regular reports on procurement activity, cash flow status, and treasury metrics.
    • Collaborate with finance, academic departments, external suppliers, and banking partners to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; a relevant professional certification (e.g. CIMA, CPA, CFA) is preferred.
    • Significant experience in procure-to-pay processes and treasury management, ideally within a higher education environment.
    • Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP platforms, and treasury software.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
