Group Reward, Benefits and Global Mobility Manager at Barloworld Limited

Temp to cover maternity leave (6 Month Duration)

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and manage the reward & benefits strategies for the Group
• Design, develop, implement and manage the Global Mobility Strategy (medium to long term) for the Group
• Ensure strategies are managed in line with the applicable legislations, governance, risk & compliance frameworks of the Group and its operating divisions
• Manage the Group’s reward, benefits and global mobility budget and ensure cost optimisation thereof

Education and Experience

•  Post graduate degree or equivalent in related field
•  Professional qualification (GRP) and registration (SARA) will be an added advantage
•  10 to 15 years General Human Resources 
•  Specialised experience in remuneration, benefits and global mobility
•  Africa remuneration & benefits experience
•  Expat management & remuneration & benefits experience
