    Growth Enablement Coordinator

    What You Have Done Before
    Baseline:

    •  NQF Level 6 (Degree in Sales & Marketing/ Commerce or Business Administration)
    •  5 years’ experience within a Sales & Marketing environment
    •  Experience in coordinating engagements with internal and external stakeholders
    •  Experience and involvement in implementation of business technology platforms

    Advantageous:

    •  Project Management Certification
    •  Data Analytics Certification
    •  Knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodology.
    •  Power BI utilisation & Dashboard creation
    •  Knowledge in developing business processes
    •  Familiar with SAP data extraction tools.

    What You Will Be Doing
    KPI TRACKING & OWNERSHIP

    •  Track and take ownership of the reporting of all KPI’s relating to the prioritised Growth Enablement office across RSA & SSA specifically those relating to business growth objectives as identified by each Sales Stream BDM.
    •  Track and take ownership of all KPI’s relating to the High Street business performance by coordinating the generation of dashboards as required.

    STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION

    •  Collaborate with relevant stakeholders across all functional areas within the Lubricants Division
    •  Coordinate engagements with external stakeholders as required

    TECHNOLOGY ENABLEMENT OWNERSHIP

    •  Coordinate bi-monthly RADIC log tracking session with ESRI
    •  Take ownership of all High Street related technology enablement requirements including customer database development
    •  Ensure collaboration with Engen IT and to leverage off existing Engen platforms as appropriate.

    TRAINING & CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT 

    •  Coordinate and plan all High Street related ESRI training requirements as requested from Indirect Sales team, for both ADAM’s and DSR’s.

    DATA ANALYSIS

    •  Generate reports and packs to support decision making processes.
    •  Extract and analyse required Sales data from SAP as required.
    •  Analyse, interpret and generate reports from detailed data in MS Excel
    •  Analyse and report on related Growth Enablement Office KPI data to ensure accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders.
