The GTM Revenue Operations Coordinator plays a vital support role within Mimecast’s Revenue Operations team, working closely with sales, customer success, and operations to ensure smooth and compliant quote-to-cash processes.
As an entry-level position, the Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks that drive operational efficiency, maintain licensing compliance, and support revenue growth. This role is ideal for candidates looking to launch a career in revenue operations and develop expertise in SaaS business processes.
What You’ll Do
Quote to Cash Support - Assist with end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, including data entry, order processing, and workflow accuracy in CRM/ERP systems.
Licensing Compliance - Track and manage renewal cycles, ensuring all licensing and subscription renewals are compliant and processed on time .
Renewal Quotes & Proposals - Prepare and review renewal quotes and proposals for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Inbound Request Management - Manage and triage inbound requests from partners and sales teams, resolving basic support tickets and providing timely responses.
UAT Testing -Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for quote-to-cash functions by executing test cases, documenting bugs, and ensuring new processes or system changes meet business requirements.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 1- 2 years of professional experience; internships or exposure to sales operations, order processing, or customer support are advantageous.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite), and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
