What You’ll Do

• Be the payment pro: Action all payments in the mailbox accurately and on time—your goal is a clean inbox every day.
• Deliver excellence: Provide insanely customer-centric service that keeps DHL’s reputation as a market leader.
• Stay compliant: Follow Global SOPs, ISO standards, and DHL procedures like a champ.
• Solve fast: Handle queries promptly and aim for first-time resolution.
• Track performance: Share daily stats with your supervisor and attend monthly coaching sessions to keep growing.
• Flex your skills: Jump in to support other functions when needed to keep the Contact Centre running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in customer service or contact center roles. Customs knowledge and courier experience? Big plus!
• Skills: Communication, problem-solving, empathy, and strong attention to detail.
• Tech: Intermediate computer literacy and solid analytical skills.
• Education: Matric required; customs-related certification is a bonus.
