What You’ll Do 

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure full adherence to  ISO standards, and Global SOPs
• Conduct self-audits and close compliance gaps through GRID actions
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage operational risks
• Maintain high visibility of risk across stakeholders and leadership

Operations & Transportation Excellence

• Monitor transport schedules aligned to network requirements
• Manage inbound/outbound flows with accuracy, timeliness, and safety
• Drive compliance with aviation, security, and DHL handling regulations

Inbound & Outbound Performance

• Ensure accurate sorting, scanning, and routing of shipments
• Resolve missorts, bad addresses, and on-hold shipments quickly
• Maintain high delivery performance and route effectiveness
• Oversee outbound processing, cut-off times, and shipment readiness
• Ensure all shipments meet security, dangerous goods, and compliance checks

Security & Quality Focus

• Maintain a secure environment for staff, shipments, and facilities
• Ensure strict adherence to DHL security protocols and reporting processes
• Guarantee shipment integrity, accurate documentation, and labeling

Performance & Productivity

• Drive performance through KPIs and scorecards
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency using DHL systems
• Deliver continuous improvement across all operational processes

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and lead a high-performing, motivated team
• Drive engagement through daily PD sessions and monthly reviews
• Support talent development, succession planning, and retention
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and results

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or related field 3+ years’ experience in Operations/Logistics leadership
• 2+ years’ experience supervising teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license code 10
