Job description

• Assist with hairstyling in the Hair Salon
• Provide general assistance in the Hair Salon i.e. cleaning & shampooing
• Must be able to offer customers additional product offerings
• Must demonstrate product knowledge and be able to highlight features and benefits of products available
• Maintain house keeping standards in accordance to audit requirements
• Assist with ad hoc administration and payments      

Minimum requirements

• Passion for brand and customer
• Good verbal communication
• Driving Quality – Set high standards for quality and customer service that define “the difference”
• Team Player – able to work well with others to meet team goals
• Personal Effectiveness – remaining calm, objective and self-controlled under pressure
• Flexibility
• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level
• 3-year Hairdressing Diploma
• Proven extensive Hair Salon experience with the most modern techniques
• Skilled in blow-drying of all types of hair
• Skilled in foil highlights, colour techniques, relaxers and cutting
• Knowledge of hair salon products
• Basic Computer Literacy skills
