Key responsibilities

• Day to day maintenance
• Ensure a healthy environment
• Ensure WNS assets are kept in a good condition
• Update all asset registers
• Assisting in the collation and verification of monthly/weekly SLA reports & invoices with the FM Key Accounts Manager.
• Be proactive with all maintenance activities
• Supervise contractorsCarry out all schedule maintenance within SLA.
• Attend to all calls logged on the helpdesk within SLA
• General Audit function –preventative maintenance

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 1 years’ experience
• Be able to work independently
• Good work ethic
• General Building work
• General electrical and plumbing
• Health and safety
• Computer literate
• Electrical trade test advantageous
