This role will be leading the change management capability, which already supports the business who understands the importance of this function. You will lead the change management and transformation team, collaborating with internal stakeholders as required and allocate change consultants to the projects in the various portfolios.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Provide value for money change management services to the businesses project portfolio.
Forming strong relationships within the business and build a powerful reputation as a change management specialist across multiple stakeholder groups.
With today's business challenges, you will show an appreciation for, and create a visibility for others of the complexity, ambiguity, and interconnectedness.
Balancing a pro-active, results-orientated, and practical mind-set with a collaborative approach which creates a space for others to navigate change.
Facilitating the successful implementation of the change, which will require you to be involved in strategic change guidance and/or tactical and operation change tasks i.e., communication and training.
Build collaboration across multi-functional teams involved in the delivery of the change initiative.
Key Requirements:
Relevant degree or diploma
10+ years experience as a change manager who has worked on large change initiatives of which at least 5 years as the change lead.
Experience within the Financial Services industry will be ideal
Line management experience across a team consisting of contract, fixed term, and permanent employees at various levels
