• Take the lead in shaping financial strategy and driving real business impact within Business and Commercial Banking. This role carries full accountability for translating finance strategy into actionable, value‑adding outcomes within the supported business area.
• You will provide strong leadership, vision, and direction to a high‑performing financial management team, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, forward‑thinking financial management services.
• Acting as a trusted partner to the business, you’ll influence decision‑making, enhance performance, and embed financial discipline while enabling growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Degree in Business Commerce; or Finance; or Accounting

Experience

• 8–10 years’ experience in Finance Business Partnering and/ or Finance & Value Management
• You bring substantial experience gained within a financial or management accounting environment, with a proven ability to operate as a strategic finance partner.
• You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, leading teams, and balancing commercial insight with financial rigour.
