You will in conjunction with the Senior Director HR and the HR Leadership Team develop the HR Plan and delivery model for each specific business unit
Identify the relevant programmes from each of the HR Units to be rolled out in order to achieve the HR plan/strategy
Agree the delivery model with each HR Operations team in RAF
Monitor the achievement of the HR goals, including but not limited to skills development, people retention and employee performance
Continually monitor HR trends to identify initiatives to mitigate risk areas and improve overall HR offering and services
Manage the HR Operations team in line with Afrox and Linde HR practices and procedures
What makes you great
You will preferably posses a Social Science or an Industrial Psychology or Human Resources degree coupled with 10+ years experience in a generalist HR position with the responsibility of team management
The successful incumbent should have experience in partnering a large business unit/client base acting as the main HR point of contact
