Are you a Data analyst or Business Intelligence Specialist with intermediate exposure to remuneration models, claims fraud, digital marketing procurement and data ownership? Then my client is looking for you! If you have a knack for data modelling and architecture and client strategies – even better!

We are looking for a Head of Analytics capable of turning data into information that can help improve the business and its functionality. The individual needs to have strong mathematical capabilities, be capable of leading units relating to analytics, new generation statistics, artificial intelligence and the like.

Duties:

• Manage delivery of fraud models
• Development fraud identification tools
• Assessment of contractual changes in terms of the financial impact
• Analytical insight and strategic direction to optimise operational processes
• Prioritisation and sensibility of the Management Information report development process
• Effectively manage performance within the team
• Encourage innovation, change agility and collaboration within the team

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantitative field (Mathematics/Statistics, Finance/Economics, Engineering etc.)
• BCom/BSc Finance, IT/Information Systems or Statistics

Experience:

• 5 – 7 years’ experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Complaints management
• Cost of services metrics and client strategies

Salary: R 900 000.00 per annum
