• Develop and sustain strong partnerships with African hotels and chains by providing relevant data insights and opportunities within TBO source markets.
• Effectively and consistently communicate TBOs unique selling propositions to gain an edge over competition.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and commercial teams to drive destination performance.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and tactical offers.
• Lead the contracting operation in Africa with a team of contractors.
• Constant review of Supply Team KPIs to ensure budgetary obligations are met in timely manner.

Do you have what it takes (Must Haves):

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in hotel contracting at a senior role in an OTA / Bedbanks / Hotel chain.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to align and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Passion for improvement and driving results
