We are a rapidly growing fintech company with big plans for the future, and we are looking for a Head of Creative Services to lead our creative team and drive our brand and marketing efforts forward. This is a senior-level position that will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Capture an audience of users with a new consumer brand
• Lead and manage a team of creative professionals including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists.
• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
• Oversee the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to support our creative needs.

Requirements:

• Tack record of tangible delivery
• 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a fintech or financial services organization.
• Strong portfolio of work that showcases your ability to drive results through creative strategies and execution.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Passion for fintech and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
