    Head of Data and Analytics

    You will be responsible for:
    Leading the advancement of data driven projects across the digital marketing projects and to provide data and insights driven disciplined solutions

    • Lead & drive digital insights (from web analytics tools and competitor analysis) to support decision-making within Marketing.
    • Gather & maintain insight requirements from the Marketing team, run reports & analyse data, drawing insights to help with project definition & campaign decisions.
    • Gather digital data requirements from members of the Marketing team
    • Coordinate & manage a program of reporting and insights using Web trends, Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools
    • Present insights to assist team members with marketing decision-making
    • Work closely with Analysis team to contribute relevant digital insights to campaign analysis reporting
    • Draft and manage project plans for assigned digital projects including responsibilities & deadlines
    • Research best practice digital customer journey to assist with project definition
    • Lead the measurement strategy for mobile apps, mobile and non-mobile websites,
    • Own the measurement and reporting for digital marketing,
    • Analyse evolution of customer acquisition and retention costs, recommending new strategies based on internal data and third-party research
    • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly recaps evaluating business performance, marketing efforts (ex: forecasting & budgeting)
    • Provide in-depth analysis of operational data to perform root cause analysis, improve efficiency and productivity (champion reporting automation)
    • Partner with product leaders and business development teams to use data-driven techniques to shape the strategy and direction of new products and services; help develop KPIs that drive product and business success
      • Bachelor's Degree in l Marketing or equivalent experience/training
      • Minimum of 7 years' experience in the insights and data profession specializing in web, digital, mobile app, product, marketing, or similar
      • Experience with financial forecasting and the development of business cases to evaluate new corporate initiatives
      • Strong expertise in several product analytics systems, with preference for: Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager or other event-based collection services
