Head of Digital, Data & Analytics at Tsebo Solution

• In this pivotal leadership role, you will partner with senior business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve decision making, drive productivity, optimise costs and support sustainable business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Lead Tsebo's Digital, Data & AI strategy and roadmap
• Drive the adoption of analytics, automation, AI and digital solutions across the business
• Deliver impactful dashboards, insights and reporting solutions that support business performance
• Identify and implement high value automation and AI opportunities
• Champion data governance, data quality and responsible AI practices
• Lead and develop a high performing digital, data and analytics team

Qualifications    

• Relevant Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 10–12 years' experience in Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Automation, or related technology disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Digital, Data, Analytics, Automation, or Technology leadership role
• Proven experience leading Digital, Data, Analytics, Automation, and AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365
• Practical experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy, adoption, and solution delivery
